MEET our Leadership team
AMANDA EARNEST
Amanda is a stay-at-home mom of five children and a makeup artist from Orange County, CA. She and her husband Mark have been married for 16 years.
An entrepreneur at heart, Amanda has started and owned both traditional and non-traditional businesses throughout the years. She loves entrepreneurship because she loves the freedom that being one’s own boss allows. That’s one reason why she named this team “Team Freedom!”
While she is a self-taught makeup artist and has no formal training in the beauty industry, she credits hard work and dedication to the fact that she sits in the top .05% of the company.
KAT FAIRCHILD
Kat Fairchild lives in Northern California with her husband, Scott, and their three children. There is never a dull moment in their home with lots of fun, laughter and most importantly love.
Kat learned about the artist opportunity with Maskcara and couldn’t resist the chance to give meaning to something she was already passionate about — sharing her love of makeup and technique with the community around her! Kat excels at planning large online events for her team, graphic design, original product photography and live video, and is currently in the top .05% of the company.

jackie richards
Jackie is a wife and mom who lives in Boise, Idaho. She has never been a leader in another company prior to Maskcara and has no makeup artistry experience, yet she now sits in the top 1% in the company.
Jackie knows that anyone with grit who can remain dedicated to consistency can make it big here!
Karli Johnson
Karli grew up in a small town in Southern Oregon and now lives in Las Vegas with her husband and two young boys.
When her husband was just a couple years out of law school they found themselves financially leveraged. Karli was babysitting while caring for her own kids to help make ends meet, and joined Maskcara in a feeling of “if you can’t beat them (network marketers) join them.”
She took the slow and STEADY approach to her business and after almost 3 years with Maskcara reached the top 1% of the company.
P.S. not only did she help make ends meet with Maskcara, she’s also now earning more than her husband did as a new attorney, without the extra years in school and mountain of debt.
stacy smart
Stacy is a proud momma to two little boys, a hairstylist, and photographer in Idaho. She has a background not only in the field of beauty, but also in traditional business.
When Stacy learned about Maskcara’s artist program she knew it was just what she was looking for. Within her first 6 months she reached the top 1% of the company.

With a natural mission and passion for serving others, Heather has loved linking arms with other like-minded women. After two years of building her Seint business part-time, Heather was able to reach the top 1% of the company and more than double her personal income from her traditional business.
TammY Williams

She enjoys animal rescue and wildlife rehabilitation in her downtime. Tammy joined the company on a whim in April of 2017 with the expectation of adding a “side hustle” to her thriving photography business. In less than two years, Tammy reached the top 1% of the company and tripled her previous income. Tammy describes herself as an “extroverted” invert, and spend the majority of her time building relationships with her new artists and customers, and supports her growing team. She said that joining this business was the best “accidental yes” she ever had!

Whitney Bull
My husband Jake and I got married just after I’d turned 20 years old and our love story is pretty much my favorite. We have four littles ages 8 and under. I’m a Tennessee girl through and through. I became an artist in March 2019 after seeing Maskcara for the first time. I started this journey for myself so I was able to have a creative outlet, to make some mama friends, and to share about a simple makeup routine I'd fallen in love with. I felt like there were other women out there who needed something more simple without sacrificing quality. I may have started as an artist for me but I've stuck around for others. The mama, wife, daughter, friend who is looking for the same thing I was searching for: friendship, an outlet, confidence, an income, whatever it is you find a blank to be filled. The more ladies I encounter, the more stories I hear just like mine and I'd be doing a disservice to not share this incredible opportunity.
KRISTIN HODGES
Kristin Hodges was born and raised in San Diego, CA! She now lives in Utah with her husband and 3 little boys.
Kristin started as a Maskcara Artist just 3 weeks after having her 3rd baby in less than 4 years. She was looking for something as a side hobby but quickly saw how big this opportunity could be and new she wanted to run with it. With no prior direct sales experience, Kristin adopted the motto, “do it scared and do it anyways!
Kristin loves sharing the make up and the moments when woman feel the most beautiful they’ve ever felt but her greatest love in this company is the self development, the hard work to hit goals, the victories she gets to be apart of with her teammates and most of all the way it changes people from the inside out.
LAUREN COE
Below is a small bio for the Hello Team Freedom site and a photo, thank you! Lauren is from Northern Wisconsin and is a momma to Noella Grace and wife to her husband Sam.
Lauren started her journey here with Seint two years ago and entered into the world of entrepreneurship with the mindset of helping women and inspiring those around her! Growing up Lauren always envisioned owning something of her own and found the answer to her prayers when she joined this community!
Now with a team of over 400 beautiful women and a leadership rank in the top .1% of the company, Lauren has been able to bring in an income that has now replaced her husbands and a business that is growing at a substantial rate!
Lauren's favorite quote is "it doesn't get easier, it just gets better" and she lives to help her teammates and show women the ability of financial and time freedom that can be gained here at Seint!
Lacey Carpenter
Lacy resides in Pleasant Hill, Iowa, with her husband Dalton, who also shares a love for Entrepreneurship! Together they have a Mini Goldendoodle named Fletcher. In her free time she enjoys walking her dog, prepping for fitness competitions, and binge watching shows on Netflix with Dalton.
July 3rd, 2017, at a 4th of July party, Lacy was complimented over and over about the makeup she was wearing. After some thought over fireworks, Lacy went inside, enrolled with Seint and began her journey. She quickly realized her passion was never working for someone else. She always thought she’d grow up working for Corporate America until September 20, 2020, when she walked in and handed in her resignation at 29 years old. Since retirement, Lacy has maintained an Influencer/Artist VII rank, tripled her income from the financial industry, and shares a passion for serving as a vehicle for her team and customers. If you were to tell Lacy on that July summer day she’d be near the top of the company in less than 3 years, she would have told you, “You’re crazy and have no idea what you’re talking about!”
With Seint, Lacy has been able to create a life that has made her parents proud and believers of Network Marketing.
paige sevier
Paige comes from a small town Bigfork, Montana but resides in St. George, Utah with her high school sweetheart and their 2 boys.
She started Masckara on day one as something to add to her existing online women's clothing boutique. But a year later decided to sell her successful boutique to run Maskcara full time.
She had zero direct sales experience before Maskcara, heck she even hated the idea of joining such a company - but saw the incredible potential of building a profitable business with Maskcara and loves being able to coach other women to do the same.
Her passion for Maskcara runs deep, just like her love for hats, but her desire to help other women find success in this business is even deeper.
wHITNEY tHIESSEN
Whitney married the love of her life, Trevor, in 2010, a few months after graduating with her BSN. She then moved to a farm just outside of Lumsden, SK Canada. Together they have 4 amazing girls who bring a lot of joy and spunk to their days. Whitney found out about the Seint artist program when her youngest was 4 months old, and she needed something to feel more like herself again. She bought an artist kit without trying the makeup because getting a gorgeous glow with what appeared to be an easy makeup routine was not only appealing, but also valuable to offer other women.
She jumped right in and 17 months later reached the top 0.1% of the company. Her top tips to a new artist that would like to be a top performer are: don't compare yourself to anyone. Be you. Be coachable. Celebrate others' success. Make big goals and put in the work to reach them. And know that you have something valuable to bring to the table that no one else has.
Keep dreaming. Keep striving. Don’t give up. Stay consistent and see where it takes you.

She met up with her Instagram friend in a coffee shop to try the makeup before the concert, and fell in love with how beautiful she felt in the makeup!
Kelsey has a passion for helping others, and spent years working with adults and children with special needs in school and group home settings prior to becoming a Seint Artist.
Kelsey loves being a Seint Artist because it allows her to dive into her creative side while filling up her cup by helping others.

Kelly Nordfelt
Kelly is a wife and mother of 5 children. She grew up in West Jordan, UT. She met her husband, Kye, at Southern Utah University where she got her degree in elementary special education. She and her family moved to St. George, UT in 2014 and never want to leave.
Kelly’s favorite thing to do is Finish carpentry work around her house, play the piano and take a nap. Kelly is a world traveler and by far her favorite memories are getting her own library card at the Library of Congress, swimming in the Mediterranean Sea with her mom and boating in Lake Powell with her family.
Kelly wanted to be a Seint artist simply to get a bunch of products at a discount and earn that lot money back. She quickly learned that there was so much more. She didn’t know much of anything about makeup, didn’t use social media and had no direct sales experience. Her advice to anyone that’s wants to go big here is this: Be coachable, take the time to do personal development and be consistent. Just keep throwing that spaghetti at the wall. Eventually it will stick.
