What can this mean financially?
As explained earlier, a top HACer is an artist who is active (reaches 240 CV in qualifying month), has two active legs (meaning both artists reach 240 CV in qualifying month), and has a cumulative amount of 800 TGCV in the qualifying month. In other words, to maintain Top HAC-er status, you must have sales of $240.00 each month, and at least TWO artists who are signed under you must read $240.00 in sales each month making your total team sales volume reach $800.00 each month. Create a plan of action! So much about this business is finding your “why” which we will talk about later on in our Top HACer training. But for today, write down what you feel are the financial and personal benefits of reaching the goal of Top HACer, and also write down how many days you want this to happen. This first plan of action does not have to be lengthy or too in depth- we all need a spark of motivation when we first dive into a business like this, so grab a sticky note, a piece of notebook paper, or even write it on your mirror, fridge, or on a dry erase board two things:
